[Mr. Gaijin Eats in Japan]

I liked it!

It was nice... very informative and funny. To make it more accessible for us english speakers, why not subtitle the japanese dialogue? It was not hugely necessary, though...

sad!

sad movie, the music fit it well. The graphics were great and left me wanting more. I sort of agree with the review I read when I got here, that said it could have been sped up a little maybe, or added a bit more details. Anyways, good, I would have liked more, but I will take what I can get!

[High School]

violent, weird, and stuff

Hmmm I think I would have liked it more if I was in the mood for that sort of humor... I thought it was nice though, in a way. There were no girls though at the high school. Hmmm I guess it wouldve appealed to me more if it emphasized the humor aspect a little more and the violence aspect a little less, because the violence part did not really accomplish much, I didnt think... and the humor tried to redeem the movie, but there couldve been more. And I liked how it made a point about conformity. Is the movie saying that the tormented kid was right to dress badly, or that he brought the pain on himself unnecessarily by his choice of outfits and stuff? anyways, it was good, but it could have been better I think.

That was really really cool... Why didn't you finish it? Hmmmm... I think you should change your mind, sit down, and finish it. Like, in a sheer act of will, force yourself to do nothing else until you have at least one full level of gaming completed... That would be neat.

Interesting!

I liked it! for a trailer though, I think you could have shortened it... You know that a trailer isnt all it could be if people start to get bored, and I think the one spot in particular you could have shortened was the visual of the boat. The lightning was cool, and the waves were kind of cool too, but it felt like it lasted over 15 seconds! Which is okay, I suppose, but for a trailer usually things are a little faster paced maybe... Also, to tell the difference between your plot and LOTR, you might have wanted to include a couple of plot specifics so people know more of what it is about... I definitely think the wizard should know kung fu (he sounded like keanu reeves when he said back, foul demon!). Anyway, overall, I liked it bunches. Very nice

Funny!

Thank you for the flash, was quite good... I was sort of in the mood for something with more lasers and explosions though, and maybe a love interest could have been included too? And you could have had a villain, like maybe the octopus dude could have returned and been like, Hah! Now you die! and then there could have been a kung fu octopus duel. For what it was though, it was really good, with good animation, voices, style, etc. Make more!

Hi. Don't get me wrong, I think it was awesome!! Visually and also in terms of the thought that went into the design, etc. When I saw it though, I thought of 2 humble criticisms to make, which I am sort of uncertain about, but you might want to consider them anyway.
1) Maybe put less work into the quality? It sounds backwards, but as I watched this, I couldn't help but wonder how much more story you could have told if you didn't put so much painstaking detail into each moment of imagery.
2) Maybe plan out the story arc more deliberately? I couldn't tell if it was intended or not, but the story seemed to end abruptly... was it a cliffhanger, or did you just get tired, or what? Apart from those 2 thoughts/criticisms, I'd like to say that the movie as a whole was awesome.

Excellent, hilarious

I liked this movie very much. When I show it to people (family and friends), the biggest criticism I hear is that it is a bit random, but I tell them they are crazy because it has a very good sense of humor! It is a little weird maybe, but still good. Very well animated, too, for what it is (not like finding nemo or anything but still great, for flash). Definitely one of my favorites ever.
